My primary focus is different from most real estate agents, in that, I have worked rural properties throughout a large part of Eastern Washington. I have listed and sold large parcels of timberland as well as large parcels of productive farm land and continue to do so. In recent years, I have been very active selling all kinds of recreational properties around Lake Roosevelt, which is a fabulous body of water that was created when Grand Coulee Dam was built on the Columbia River. As a result of my many years in the business and my reputation as a rural property specialist, I have been asked to help people buy and sell homes on acreage, both around Spokane, but also in rural areas in Eastern Washington. This is the essence of my real estate focus.
